  • I manage the daily activities of Package Center Operations including meeting service commitments and improving center performance. I am responsible for meeting operational business requirements including safety, quality, and production goals. I currently manage over 280 employees in two facilities that operate 24 hours a day 6 days a week. Employees I manage range from part time hourly employees to full time salary management employees. I work with staff and other departments daily, weekly, and monthly to develop and execute operating plans that achieve business objectives. I oversee the development and implementation of strategies that maximize efficiency and works through the management team to ensure that packages are received, processed, and delivered in a safe, timely and efficient manner. I monitor budgets and business activity against business plans short- and long-term goals. I constantly identify trends, prioritizes operational tasks and creates business improvement plans. My facilities uses and promotes new systems and technology and works with others to troubleshoot and alleviate inefficiencies.
