Accomplishments

One of my most meaningful accomplishments was leading the recovery from a company-wide ransomware attack that impacted more than 50 computers across two locations. By quickly isolating infected systems and restoring data from verified cloud backups, I was able to have all operations restored within 24 hours — with zero data loss. The experience reinforced the value of preparation, clear communication, and layered backup strategies.


Another key accomplishment was leading a full modernization of our company’s systems. When I joined, there was no formal inventory tracking, pricing system, or online presence. I developed a structured bin and location system, built a live-inventory e-commerce site for both B2B and B2C clients, and integrated it with our accounting software. The project completely transformed day-to-day operations and positioned the company for online growth and efficiency.


Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hands-on technical projects that challenge my problem-solving and design skills. One example was rebuilding a 1967 Volkswagen Beetle from the ground up. I installed a new 1914cc engine with a full-flow oil system, upgraded to disc brakes and drop spindles, created a custom paint and interior design, and built an 8-speaker sound system—all entirely self-performed without outside help. The project strengthened my patience, attention to detail, and ability to see complex builds through from concept to completion
