• As a maintenance supervisor, I'm in charge of doing grounds. I go to sister properties to fix the AC. I make sure tenants get their work orders done in a timely manner. I make sure the area of the office is in good conditions and everything is working properly.

• I was supervising two other maintenance. I would supervise their work, such as their grounds and make-readies. As a maintenance supervisor, I was also in charge of handling all orders. I would receive and make supply orders. I would maintain the aesthetics of the property. My job was also to fix the AC during the summer. I would also report to the property manager with all the needs that needed to be done.

• At PEM Real Estate Grouping, I was a supervisor and had two maintenance workers to supervise. I had to supervise their work, such as make-readies, grounds, and teach them how to do some of the maintenance in the units. I would work as a team and have them split the job. I was in charge of the supply list and to report back to the manager.

I supervised multiple properties. I provided guidance in accordance with company policies. I perform maintenance at properties' request. I would also provide training to maintenance technicians. I would manage and review timesheets, absence, and timesheets. I would report work-related injuries. We would walk to property with regional managers and property managers. I would also manage preventive programs for staff. I would also respond to after-hours emergency calls and other duties assigned.
