  • Became the Lead of my crew after 3 years of working as a technician on second shift.
  • Coordinated with first shift on my project for establishing what was the priority for the evening.
  • Evaluated every job that was passed down to our shift to determined who on my crew was best qualified to perform the jobs correctly, timely, safely, and in accordance with all proper technical data.
  • Made sure all my crew members had all the tooling, tech data, and materials for them to perform their tasks. And if anything was not available, I communicated the issue with airliner representatives, tooling department, or ordered the materials myself.
  • Coordinated the movements of aircrafts across the facility, assisting with other hangars movements, and planned it as efficiently as possible.
  • Also worked with other hangar crew chiefs and managers to supervise other crews when they required assistance or coverage.

  • Worked APG trade on primarily Airbus, and Boeing aircrafts, including A319, 320, 321, and 321NEO airframe and powerplant. As well as B737NG, 737-8, 737MAX9. And assisted multiple programs on B757, 777, and 787.
  • Performed engine installation, and operational checks on multiple fleet types as well. Mostly CFM-56 family, LEAP 1-A and 1-B.Removed components such as landing gear, engines, flight control and accessories.
  • Performed operational checks on multiple systems, including primary flight controls, secondary flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and oxygen systems on multiple fleet types.
  • Performed General Visual Inspections and Detailed Visual Inspections on Airframe and Powerplant across multiple fleet types.
  • Performed different levels of maintenance and preventative maintenance during varying checks from B check, C check, D check, and heavy lease return checks.
