Operates light-duty bench or floor-type machine tools and automations equipment. Set up, adjust, and perform maintenance on machines.

• Follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in production setting with strong focus on quality and attention to details
• Performs housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment
• Runs process to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Knows production targets/goals and drives operation to achieve or exceed goals

Responsible for routine production process from receiving of raw materials to finished product; and ensure in its compliance to SOP and specifications. Inspect GMP and HACCP plan implementations. Participate in R&D activities for existing product improvement and cost reduction.

• Provides technical support in all aspect of operation, including raw material, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), finished product quality, food safety, etc.
• Ensures manufacturing adherence to SOP's, food quality and safety control
• Performs routine raw material, product in-process & finished product sampling and inspection/analysis to ensure product specifications are conformed; issue hold and disposition on non-compliance products
• Monitors food safety program implementations to ensure compliance to food safety standards such as GMP and HACCP plan
• Participates in the research projects to improve the quality and safety of existing products, as well as new products development

• Responsible for safety and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated shift. Ensure timely execution of production schedule within quality parameters.
