  • Report directly to the President of the company. Oversee all of North Eastern and North Central Wisconsin with offices located in Appleton, Green Bay, Stevens Point, Eau Claire, Wausau, Sheboygan and Madison. Establish financial budgets and ensure that Management teams are obtaining goals. Work with sales to develop bids and customer resourcing contacts to create contracts. Develop and maintain professional relationships with key account contacts to assist in increasing contract retention rates. Train, coach and motivate the Branch Managers to ensure the satisfaction of nearly five hundred accounts. Identify and create executable action plans for accounts that are struggling either financially or in overall field performance. Encourage the proper development of talent to ensure we have an environment of promoting from within.
  • Key Accomplishments:
  • Assisted in securing high profile accounts such as Oshkosh Corporation and City of Appleton.
  • Oversee three Branch’s consisting of seven offices and nearly 500 accounts with fifteen million in annual revenue over the North Eastern, North Central and Madison Wisconsin area.
  • Assisted in securing CIMS certification for CleanPower. This is the most rigid and difficult certification for a facilities services company to obtain.

  • Rebuilt the Sheboygan Branch, promoting three internal employees to leadership positions.

Recruited, hired, and trained Assistant Managers and team members. Managed loss prevention, front end operations and human resources along with profit and loss statements, budgeting and salary increases. Engaged with corporate buyers and monitored inventory control levels of merchandise. Verified that pricing standards met local and state requirements. Contracted with local vendors for lawn and snow removal services along with other building maintenance needs. Trained Assistant Managers on proper evaluation strategies to review team members and write meaningful performance reviews. Oversaw inventory controls and drove merchandise sales rates.
