  • Company Overview: PMorgan Chase launched The Fellowship Initiative (TFI) in 2010 to expand college and career opportunities for young men of color
  • A part-time role that will be responsible for monitoring groups of 20 Fellows, including their attendance, group dynamic, completion of assignments, engagement in counseling
  • In addition, Mentors will support teachers, develop meaningful and trusting relationships, lead-safe space conversations, and deliver team-based programming
  • This role will require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of youth work experience
  • In order to accommodate the greater number of Fellows, we are looking to implement a squad facilitator role that would have an adult with some counseling and youth work experience taking responsibility for 20 Fellows for a full school year
