  • Company Overview: Directorate of Management, Joint Support Services Office, Logistics Branch.
  • I serve as the JSSSO Supervisory Strategic and Operations Program Specialist (Logistics Branch Chief) supporting the Chairman, and Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman, eleven combatant commands, and a 4.6 thousand workforce.
  • I lead a diverse workforce of civilian, military, and contractor personnel to accomplish the organizational mission of the Joint Staff.
  • As the supervisor, I am responsible for establishing performance management criteria, personnel evaluation and development, disciplinary actions, and communication of strategic plans/objectives.
  • As the Logistics Branch Chief, I develop supply chain strategic plans to meet the changing demand frequency of the Joint Staff which includes leadership, business operations, business management, workforce planning, human capital development and program management of the Joint Staff’s property management and accountability program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, procurement/acquisition program, distribution center and warehousing functions, supply/logistics policy development and Management Internal Control Program for GPC/Property Management.
  • As the business and logistical program subject matter expert, I advise 27 Division and 5 Allied Liaisons on acquisition/contract procurement.
  • I manage and execute a $2.2M simplified acquisition budget, directing sourcing & funding allocations for Congressional-mandated programs.
  • I developed a technologically innovative strategy and led the agency's implementation of GSA’s Telemetric program, enabling real-time tracking of government vehicles.
  • This initiative saved over 600 labor hours in manual data input and $800K in process improvements.
  • I directly supervise, manage, and provide oversight of a diverse workforce of military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

  • Lead diverse workforce to implement technology to move from a manual data input system to a system that leverages bar code scanning and mass upload of information into the DPAS Warehouse Module.
