Project SetupMyTech Autopilot – Deployment Coordinator

· Assist CIO in coordinating multiple deployment plans involving 700K Accenture workstations.

· Responsible for regions/countries/groups of workstations to ensure successful deployment of new technology to manage the workstations.

· Creation of reports for the Deployment team based on the SetupmyTech program, facilitating meetings and creation of training materials.

· Provide deep dive analysis based on the results of the Autopilot program and create charts to shows those changes in the workstations.

· Use of different platforms to gather data and doing reporting like: MS Intune, Azure, DevOps, MS Defender, PowerBI, Active Directory, PMT Analytics, SCCM Reporting, Service Now Incident Tracker, PowerShell Scripts.

Project Surf Wella – Cutover Coordinator Analyst

· Consolidating multiple individual cutover plans (~40) into one very large plan.

· Consolidated plan by sending out daily emails.

· Following up with each team during the deployment of the project for planning and execution, reporting and facilitating meetings.

· Provide deep dive analyses for the client.

· Moving to Hypercare Support once Cutover tasks were slowing down.

· Take calls and process job claims application.

Chemical and cosmetics company: KAO Corporation – SAP S/4 Hana Global Template Design-Preparation in the role of Technology Consultant

· Advised, leaded and worked on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle and provided advisory work for the IT function itself.

· Performed fit and gap analyses on all supply chain functions for the Americas and EMEA regions of a global consumer products manufacturer.

· Analyzed, developed and customized new functionalities in SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, and BW).
