Geyry Irlen Plascencia

I was given the opportunity to create a lesson plan for a class of 5th graders. I created a lesson plan on empirical probabilities over a course of weeks. I was then to use that lesson and teach it. It was a success! I had so much fun interacting with the students. Mrs. Pelly complimented the way my partner and I handled and gave the lesson.

• Some of my responsibilities consisted of greeting customers, answering the phone, and assisting the general mechanics
• I sometimes had to handle cashier duties
• It helped me build experience with money
• For closing time, I was responsible for the cleaning and safety of the shop
• I learned how to do maintenance work such as cleaning up oil spills, old parts, and sanitizing busy areas.

• Maintained clean, neat and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
• Supported engaging, fun and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
