I really don't like talking bad about a company, yet I feel the need to mention The Nutritional Department was a highly toxic and abusive work environment for the Crew and Supervisors, to the point where I have seen my co-workers being broken down to the point of tears. It was a highly stressful work environment to work in. It truly began taking a negative effect on my mental health to where I typed up ( and hand written ) a 9 page documentation of what I endured during my employment in this department ( to Human Services ) . When certain supervisors found out I was interested in transferring to a different department, that's when they began threatening to terminate me, hence followed through with their threat ( using my co-workers to fulfill their ultimate intent ) .
That's when I decided to move to Baltimore, Maryland.
