Setup for multiple parts for locomotive diesel refill stations using machines such as HAAS CNC's 2 axis lathe, st30-y SS lathe, 4 axis milling like VF series and 5 axis UMC 750. Editing and making new CNC lathe or milling programs using inventor for new products. Ability to model or modify parts in CAD environment to obtain optimum results in machining process.

Fabricate human prostheses using machines such as CNC Makino A51, and CNC Mori Seiki NL2000 lathe, complying with medical device regulations. Using precision instruments such as optical comparators, Height Gauges, Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, GO/NOGO Gages and Indicators to measure parts specifications and document quality of products.

Fabricate, machine, repair, and polish multiple type of parts like: gears, dies, valves, screws, hydraulic pistons, differential sleeves and more, in conventional manual machines like milling machine, lathe, guillotine, and hydraulic press.
