Due Diligence, Due diligence is part of the M&A and Corporate restructuring process which is a common practice in corporate and financial affairs. This project helped with development of a variety of skill which includes legal analysis, legal advising, client representing their interest and helping them arrive at complex decisions regarding commercial transactions.
These are key skills that I acquired. Compliance Minor, 2022, In this minor I developed skills and knowledge of corporate regulatory frameworks and management from the modules in Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection and Privacy. I developed an understanding of risk based approaches to compliance as well as insights into the steps that a corporation must fulfill to be compliant with new due diligence and reporting requirements. I believe that the knowledge and skills I have obtained by doing this course adds value to any compliance team.
