• 32 Bed ICU. Manage care of 1-3 ICU patients. Recovered fresh post-operative open hearts. Trained new RN's to post-op day zero open heart patients. Cared for high acuity neuro patients with drains, ICP monitors.
• Precepting daily, Charge Nurse, Float to Medical, Telemetry, Emergency department units.

• 11 Bed ICU/Medical Surgical unit- Critical access hospital.
• Manage care of 1-6 patients, acuity dependent.
• Float to ED, Women's health.

• 39 Bed ICU- Level two trauma center.
• Manage care of 1-3 medical, surgical, cardiovascular, neurological, and trauma intensive care patient populations.

• 18 bed Neuro ICU- Level two trauma facility, comprehensive stroke center.
• Manage care of 1-3 patients. Experience with TNK, TPA, EVD's, Lumbar drains, ICP monitors, continuous EEG, and stroke/neuro-intervention protocols. CRRT.
• Float to IMCU, CVICU, Surgical ICU, Med/Surg and Neuro floors.

• 36 Bed ICU/AAU- Level three trauma facility.
• Manage care of 1-4 patients. Experience with maintaining hemodynamic stability with vasoactive and sedative infusions, ventilators, and monitor and interpret continuous ECG.
• Float to ED, medical floors.

• 48 Bed ICU- Level two trauma facility, comprehensive stroke center.
• Manage care of 1-3 patients.
• Role as lead/charge/SWAT nurse, in blended ICU. Responsibilities include responding to STAT/CODE calls, providing education and assistance to staff, managing admissions and transfers, staffing, and assisting Intensivists with procedures.
• CRRT, open heart recovery, high acuity neuro, trauma care.
• Preceptor and mentor.
• Advocate Aurora's 2019 nurse of the year.
