Giann Luca Pedraza

I have worked with my at this company for several years on and off as a teen and now consistently as an adult. At this job I was in charge of several things like, wrapping the cars, disassembling cars, managing technology and customer service. I’ve learned so much at this job, one being how to communicate with customers. I would help guide the customer with their wants and needs and help schedule times with them. I would also deal with any questions and concerns and to the best of my availability to fulfill all their expectations. I also learned time management and being organized in order to increase productivity and working in teams.

This was a season job that I took to gain warehouse experience. At this job my duties were to pick and pack shoes and worked with technology . At this job I worked alone so I took in new skills in such short time, since I worked alone I had only myself to look for and to solve problems when I was not able to find help. This really increased my critical thinking and problem solving skills.
