  • Mesa County is Colorado’s third-largest county, and I am responsible for operations totaling 1,122 employees for all county branches, including the Roads Department, Health Department, Justice Center, Sheriff, Parks Department, and complete real estate operations and construction across the county’s vertical assets, totaling 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.
  • Serve as the owner's representative for multiple projects, including a $34 million construction project built in an underserved community that included a library, early childhood education center, and progressive training space. Firsthand experience in county wide strategic plan, operational space audit, and a masterplan.
  • Initiated the idea to implement the current energy savings plan to upgrade lighting, building equipment, and building automation systems, with 3 gigawatts of solar, to reduce the county’s energy bill by more than 80%, self-funded by savings alone.
  • Serve as the lead on the county’s master plan development for all workplace operations, which includes a new $62 million Justice Center, a new $80 million administrative campus, and a $140 million, 7,000-seat indoor arena.
