As a hospitality major in the school of professional studies, I am very eager to join the Stern Real Estate Group. With industry specific knowledge in the hospitality industry as well as a general base in accounting procedures and valuation techniques, I will be honored to be provided with the opportunity to contribute to the group. Above all however, I love meeting and connecting with different people from different industries. Although some people consider networking to be energy-draining, I consider it not primarily as an opportunity to make connections leading to an opportunity, but to make genuine ties with people with common interests who I can develop a steady, ongoing relationship with. Relationships even in professional atmospheres must be predicated on genuine ties. Considering this to be a prerequisite before facilitating my personal ambitions, I am always willing to lobby what is best for the group not the individual.
