• Responsible to perform, control and monitor from central control
  room, the operation of the power and water generation to ensure
  continuous supplies to the grid and consumers. Coordinate with
  other operators to achieve reliable, efficient and safe operation of
  the equipment, system, plant and safety of operating person
• Responsible to follow up and carryout plant routine activities as per approved schedule.
• Responsible to assist in startup, shutdown and emergency operation of the plant and equipment as
  per instruction. Report abnormalities and defects observed to the superiors.
• Responsible for taking necessary readings for the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Responsible to ensure plant safety and maintain proper housekeeping of the station by regular checks
  at the plant and report any abnormal condition and unsafe activities.
• Operate the control system of the plant substation equipment and HV/LV switchgear during plant
  maintenance activities, emergency situations or as required.
• Responsible to maintain operating equipment and all facilities good and clean condition. Obey safety
  rules.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

• Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans,
compressors, condensers, filters, and chlorinators
• Control generator output to match the phase, frequency, and voltage of
electricity supplied to panels.
• Adjust or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints;
report any needs for major repairs.
• Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicators to detect
evidence of operating problems.
• Open and close valves and switches in sequence upon signals from other
workers, in order to start or shut down auxiliary units.
• Operate or control power generating equipment, including boilers, turbines
and generators using control boards or semi-automatic equipment.
• Place standby emergency electrical generators online in emergencies and
monitor the temperature, output, and lubrication of the system.
