Being a delivery driver is a simple job, and I made sure to do it to the best of my ability. I delivered for Tenafly Kosher Deli, a deli/catering company, which specialized in catering for kosher events. Over the years I delivered to many different venues, and to ensure safe/efficient deliveries, it was important to communicate with my boss to make sure we packed the food strategically, to ensure it arrived fresh and unharmed to customers.
As someone who values the importance of math and gaining quantitative understandings to real-world problems, engineering has allowed me to further develop how I use math to approach logistically-heavy situations But understanding math is not all it takes to be an engineer, and as a civil engineering intern who has not take the higher-level technical design courses, I do understand that there is more to learn With that said, I am a hardworking student, and I do love what I've been able to learn so far as a Civil engineer: this includes the required math and physics classes, introductory CAD, as well as various other required courses which will be highlighted in a seperate document of my resume
