• Create and launch form on workspace app that any and all individuals with access to could request waste stream services such as, roll-off pick ups, hopper pick ups. Hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste receptacle services.
• Deliverable - form on EWS application that will route request from on site personnel to appropriate service center for completion. Including two way communication, detail fields to expedite services and updates on status of service request.
