- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community’s exteriors, make ready unit interiors, curbs, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other buildings and common areas to ensure that they reflect and represent high quality of the community standards.
- Knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance repairs and installation
- Inspect any work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work and services meet quality standards.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials
- Work with community manager to order supplies and tools as needed to stay within budgetary guidelines
- Complete weekly and monthly preventative maintenance procedures
