Project name: Delta-ZULU for Delta Air Stations Phoenix.

The Delta Zulu program was a very large, three-years effort to move Delta’s IT footprint from On-Prem to the AWS Cloud by modernizing and migrating systems to the cloud.

• Implemented effective communication protocols between internal teams working on different aspects of a given project.
• Reviewed budget and subcontractor estimates in detail and analyzed for accuracy with scope of work relevancy in mind.
• Identified needs and coordinated resource allocation to deliver quality standards on time and within budget.
• Drove continuous improvement of project delivery process by providing strong leadership.
• Communicated effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Developed and maintained project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Project name: TIBCO FOCUS CONVERSION

The project aimed to replace TIBCO FOCUS with IBM-supported applications. Lumen had widespread use of TIBCO FOCUS across Production and Test environments that needed alteration.

• Diligently identified impacted users, ensuring their needs were addressed during project execution.
• Managed projects and served as primary liaison between client and multiple internal groups to clarify goals and meet standards and deadlines.
• Delivered timely support by tracking issues and communicating resolutions to end users.
• Identified and analyzed user requirements, procedures and processes to develop optimization strategies.
• Identified gaps between current state and desired future state operations.
• Gathered feedback from end users regarding usability issues related to applications or systems.
• Persisted in gathering requirements clarifications and identifying affected users, contributed to high-quality project results.
• Supported the development team to configured and build new databases and tables to replace FOCUS databases, converted all in-use reports from TIBCO FOCUS to new technologies.

Contribution:

• Managed Kanban transition from Jira storyboards to improve cycle time by 20%.
• Conducted Scrum ceremonies for the project.
• Collaborated with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
• Delivered 2 releases, 8 features and 90 user stories and each deliverable contributed to the overall success of Orion Instruments and allowed them to maintain a strong position in the market, with consistent net sales and profitability.

Overall Project Description: Design Framework for National Partnership Contracts to ensure transparency, functioning and proper financial management within these contracts.

• Actively participated in facilitated sessions with clients. During these sessions, I collected essential information related to the project’s goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Gathered information through facilitated session with clients, performed analysis on that information, built the project plan and schedule, and executed against the plan.
• Validated that what was promised could be delivered.
• Played an active role in executing the project plan. This included overseeing task assignments, monitored progress and addressing any deviations.
• Represented the Ministry at national and international conferences for establishing out implementation and execution steps for public contracts, also shared insights, best practices, and implementation steps related to public contracts.

Results: as in overall results of all the great things I accomplished:

• Outcomes were: successful project implementation, improved public services, enhanced stakeholder relations, knowledge transfer and capacity building, compliance with legal framework, lessons learned for future projects.
• My ability to gather information, plan effectively, validate promises, and engage with stakeholders made a significant impact and played a vital role in shaping these outcomes.
