- PM building conveyer system to reduce machinery breakdowns & downtime in production
- Work with hand tools & power tools to perform repairs
- Report any damaged machinery to supervisor
- Complete work orders and fill out reports for company records
- Replace damaged end rollers, MDR's, torn belts, ECC's, sensors/reflectors, V-belts, motor reducers/complete motors, etc.
- Work on KNAPP automation system with over 500 shuttles in production performing repairs on shuttles with issues in a timely manner
- Work on KNAPP Dürkopp Pocket Sorter jams, malfunctions, rail replacements, repairs and maintenance
- Monitor & observe building conveyer system for any jams/E-stops on a tablet using Pyramid & SCADA system
- Start, stop & reset PLC's linked to certain jams with tablet or manual
- Use multimeter to troubleshoot voltage issues
- CMC Packaging Automation machine trained technician
- PM CMC machine and input report into system
- Follow safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents
