In this plant Gourmet Trading I started as an operator of 12 asparagus sorting machines, my
responsibility was to keep the plant operational four months a year. The
remaining time was mechanical and maintained the building and machinery,
after two years they gave me the position of maintenance team to maintain
the plan and machinery before starting the season and have everything ready
for the operations of the season, among my responsibilities was the
manufacture conveyors, role lines, maintain the building in general in painting,
plumbing, construction, etc., have the plant ready with all 12 operational
machines as well as prepare the receiving and shipping areas, since that
these areas, since that these areas were assembled every year, as well as
providing maintenance to all machinery and production area, as well as
dismantle, prepare and ship machines, to other countries and they returned
before the season started, in this last job I learned a lot to manage the
programming systems of the machines to maintain them.
