Summary

My objective as a nature educator working for the City of Hillsboro is to connect people to the natural world by fostering a love for learning. I want to work closely with the Jackson Bottom team to create hands-on outdoor education programs and events that are inclusive and STEAM-focused, with a special emphasis on engaging with the youth. My goal is to provide an empathetic approach that will help create unique educational experiences that resonate with a diverse audience. By working with the city I hope I can help people of all ages develop a deeper appreciation for the world around them.
