As a member of the United States Army I became a paratrooper after completing the United States Army Infantry School, and was immediately assigned to a light infantry unit, non-airborne for my first tour in the United States Army. Wanting to maintain airborne status and continue parachute jumping, I requested assignment as a parachute rigger. Once reassignment was granted I completed the Army Rigger School in the top 10% of my class. I learned early on in my rigger career the attention to detail on all aspects of the job and due to the others around me what the loss of that attention would cause. After packing a full riggers career at the US Army Airborne School, I requested a reassignment to the Special Forces Unit, to be trained on unusual aspects of the rigger job, due to the training I received I was assigned in 2010 to command a 187-man company for Operation Deepwater Horizon, this job showed me how to assign personnel by their abilities, skills, and associations to accomplish the maintenance, security, and accountability of 40 million dollar's worth of equipment and the beaches of Dolphin Island Alabama. I was appreciative to receive a medal from the Coast Guard for the work that my men and I completed, after retiring from the military while working various jobs and going to college I helped to complete 2 experimental aircraft in 2010, i maintained all safety equipment to include my own parachute and safety harnesses in the same, due to health reasons from my deployments I decided in October of 2025 to sell these aircraft, I understand completely understand that any of these accomplishments would not have been possible without proper training and great teamwork. I hope to be assigned this new position within this company to expand my knowledge base to provide the customer with the safest equipment possible for their hazardous jobs, I fully understand the strains placed on these men and women to defend our peace and sovereignty.
