Responsibilities include directing all Institute's communication strategies; managing a diverse team of professionals and contract staff while guiding a variety of strategic consultants; serving on management team to develop, integrate, and inform the Institute's philanthropic programmatic direction, initiative development, audience ecosystem, and internal communication strategies; developing funding collaborations, and contributing to the Institute’s learning framework focused on content, structure, culture, process and reflection.
Responsibilities included facilitating a variety of meetings and events for 20+ thought leaders and advisors; program development for a variety of projects and focus areas including media and arts initiatives, programs for disadvantaged populations, youth, trauma training, reconciliation, and more; managing project milestones with external managers and funding recipients, ongoing monitoring, and project evaluation and reporting.
