Supervise the following programs:

  • Reflections Care and Treatment: Partnership with Scott County Mental Health that services students 10-18 years of age.
  • Transition Program: Serving our 11 member districts and 7 associate member districts in providing transition services for students 18-21 years of age.
  • ASD High School Federal setting IV program. Serving students on the spectrum whose focus shifts from academics to transitional type needs such as social skills, employability skills, career exploration, independent living, etc.
  • Emotional Behavioral Disorder High School Federal setting IV Program. Serves students experiencing emotional distress such as trauma, anxiety, depression, school avoidance, etc.

All of these programs are most successful when there is a partnership and collaboration with county and healthcare facilities. Most of these families, require continued assistance within their community during and more importantly, following school.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee all program budgets and purchasing
  • Create and provide professional development opportunities for all staff-licensed and paraprofessionals
  • Manage all staff, student, and family issues that arise
  • Develop program curriculum, standards, scheduling, and behavior strategies.
