As a Consultant and Co-Creator of the AfriCarnaval Small Business Cohort, collaborate closely with Ashé and the AfriCarnaval Initiative Design Group. Our focus is on exploring and developing policies that aim to recreate and define what equity means within our cultural community. Through the AfriCarnaval Initiative, we are dedicated to creating economic equity, documenting policies, and sharing our findings with both local and global partners. Responsibilities include:

• Co-created AfriCarnaval's Small Business Cohort Curriculum for 10 participating culturally focused businesses and organizations
