Sheboygan,WI

Summary

Throughout my career, I have been a leader for change in my community. I have comprehensive expertise in strategic planning, outcomes measurements and facilitating collective impact initiatives, and I firmly believe that we can make lasting, systemic change by working as a whole community. I have consistently been able to bring cross-functional teams together around a common agenda to develop new programs, processes and solutions to complex social issues. My experience and skills as a systems thinker has been sought by organizations to provide trainings and educational opportunities to their teams and boards. To achieve systemic change that is meaningful to those we serve, as well as those delivering the service, I believe we must take a whole person, whole family approach, and understand how our program is just one piece in the system of care wrapped around that family or individual. I am looking forward to leveraging my skills and experience and contributing to an organization that is creating meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of individuals and families.
