Responsible for all markets not a direct Banville wholesale market. Created and scaled the national business both through internal initiatives to build out company assets and initiatives for both sales and marketing, and by driving sales records and strengthening relationships with distributors and trade.

  • Grew national revenue 135% from 2020-2024 in dollar revenue with minimal headcoun
  • Prior to the creation of Banville's portfolio team I worked with the New York office to create producer brand plans for the US, which they had not had previously.
  • Worked to create and manage annua Sales and Marketing/Promotions budgets.
  • Created National Account Division structure and plan from zero employess to team, now expanded to three ppl in the US.
  • Established the "Diveport" platform for Banille to capture Distributor depletion and account sold reporting.
  • Co-Created Banville's Sharepoint platform for the company.

Part of the executive team responsible for the creation and implementation of three new divisions within The Winebow Group, leading a team of 19 managers in 28 states in the Western US. Managing $25 million in shipment revenue in 2015 with projections for FY 2016 of $27 million. Hired twice as regional manager to rebuild faltering regions.

  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of revenue, shipments and fiscal budgets for the West United States.
  • Created and executed business plans between regional managers, national accounts, brand management and suppliers that created long term trust and loyalty.
  • Established and cultivated business relationships with over seventy Italian suppliers.
  • Promoted from Southwest Region Manager to West Division Vice President within 2.5 years of hire date.
  • Achieved revenue in Southwest Region of +12% in 2015 and +13% in 2014 for the company. After inheriting LY fiscal depletions that closed at -3% the South Region is currently trending at +14% for FY19.

  • Daily interaction with a multitude of suppliers on planning, instituting, executing and recapping sales programs.
  • Collaboration with five different wine divisions, speaking with each division head to communicate priorities and objectives to all commissioned sales teams.
  • Management of monthly financial statements for On-Premise channel. Responsible for presenting those financials to EVP and state finance teams.
  • Cultivating account relationships as either the direct point of contact or through support of the sales reps.
