• Perform head-to-toe assessments, administer medications via all routes, collect vital signs, labs, and cultures
• Place and maintain peripheral IV's, nasogastric/orogastric tube; perform dressing changes
• Care for patients with critical airways and advanced respiratory support
• Facilitate patient care instruction and education individualized to family needs and preferred learning methods (including culturally/socially diverse families requiring interpreting services)
• Use nursing judgment to provide and advocate for care of all patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians to quickly assess patients and deliver appropriate treatment while managing rapidly changing conditions.
• Prioritize and manage time efficiently to complete orders

Job description same as above with the addition of:

• Assist in surgical settings (ECMO, bedside surgeries, etc.)
• Breastfeeding "Super User"- assist mothers in pumping and nursing
