- Lead a team of CL ARBI reps in handling primarily rideshare-related personal and commercial policy claims, from intake to resolution, specifically around risk assessment and accurate evaluations up to $75,000.00 for each exposure.

CL TNC Manager, Lyft/Uber Blanket Non-Injury - August 2021 - February 2023
- Oversaw multiple iterations of a team in the Lyft business on claims involving no injuries, but requiring detailed coverage and liability investigations, property damage management and excellent customer service.
- Selected to move to the Uber business and learned how to operate with the new partner while maintaining a team of various skill levels in and recently through the Onboarding process.
- Developed reps wishing to excel in this role and, in some cases, working with them again in their promoted roles, thereby continuing that relationship building experience.
- Hired, onboarded and developed entry-level claims reps to handle six New England states, focusing on investigative excellence in coverage analysis, damage assessment, liability quality and fraud detection.
