- Use reporting to focus on specific inventory buckets, driving organizational and rep goals through clear communication and individualized coaching.

- Onboard new peers and direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary resources and system access, while fostering a highly engaged team of direct reports through collaborative problem-solving, consistently adapting to business need.

- Serve as Qualified Substitute for my senior manager during PTO by authorizing senior manager level claims, reviewing high-risk claims daily using specialized reports and reporting on weekly results to peers.

CL TNC Manager, Uber URBI - February 2023 - February 2025

- Guided reps through unrepresented injury claim handling in multiple state venues in primarily highly litigious regions up to $25,000.00 for each party.

- Developed new hires into high-performing reps to be peer mentors and Qualified Substitutes resulting in promotion; while supporting middle and lower level performing reps through personalized action planning to improve their claims handling.

- Implemented business changes in process and claims handling within my workgroup and then to the greater organization, with consistent buy-in and execution.

- Recognized as a consistently high-performing team in fraud detection and investigative quality in the unrepresented injury cohort.

CL TNC Manager, Lyft/Uber Blanket Non-Injury - August 2021 - February 2023

- Oversaw multiple iterations of a team in the Lyft business on claims involving no injuries, but requiring detailed coverage and liability investigations, property damage management and excellent customer service.

- Selected to move to the Uber business and learned how to operate with the new partner while maintaining a team of various skill levels in and recently through the Onboarding process.

- Developed reps wishing to excel in this role and, in some cases, working with them again in their promoted roles, thereby continuing that relationship building experience.
