Route aircraft to scheduled maintenance bases along with routing flight crews to remain in their aircraft.
Perform cancellations, re-routes, diversions along with building extra sections and reposition flights when necessary.
Perform swaps when necessary throughout the day to keep the operation running smoothly and ontime.
Work closely with Maintenance Planning to coordinate any changes that need to be made to the routing of an aircraft.
Communicate all pertinent information with all airport personnel, including SOC, Crew/Inflight, Passenger/Ground Service Agents, Maintenance, Fueling Technicians and ATC.
Ensure that there is parking spots available for all company aircraft. Coordinate towing of aircraft and communicate scheduled requests for de-icing with the Deice coordinators and SOC.
Investigate and report delays and irregular flight activity.
