I have a dedicated and passionate background in education, having earned my bachelor’s degree in Childhood/Special Education and currently completing my master’s degree in Reading and Literacy. I am currently working as a building substitute teacher, gaining valuable experience across grade levels in managing classrooms, implementing lesson plans, and supporting students with diverse learning needs. My academic and professional experiences have strengthened my skills in differentiated instruction, literacy development, and classroom management. I am deeply passionate about creating inclusive, student-centered classrooms where every learner feels seen, supported, and encouraged to grow. I believe in building strong relationships with students, fostering a positive classroom culture, and meeting each child where they are academically and emotionally. I am committed to helping all students develop confidence in themselves as learners and reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.
