Accomplishments

Back in 2006, I started scrapbooking for my first born child. Once I started I was addicted. The only problem was I couldn't find certain items I was looking for at the local craft stores. I have always been extremely creative, so I used my abilities and started creating embellishments of my own for my daughters memory books. Everyone that I showed absolutely loved the items I created. I had an aha moment and thought..."What if I listed one of my items on Ebay to test and see if people would be interested?" So I listed a Pirates of the Caribbean Poem, burned the edges to make it look truly pirate worthy and aged. I kept checking the listing and after only 3 days, bidding was up to $17. It was truly exciting, so I created more items to list and the rest is history. My company was extremely successful until 2020 when COVID hit all of us. No one was scrapbooking since no one was traveling. I still have my business but it's much less profitable which has me turning to get a more conventional job. I have experience with all aspects of having a business. Interacting with customers, running marketing campaigns on social media platforms along with all the regular administrative assistant tasks. I am truly a people person and love interacting with others. I have a lot to bring to the table, and I am looking forward to my next adventure.
