Primary Duties:

Perform blood pressure, height, weight and take chief complaint

Greet and room patients in proper Doctors rooms

Enter required information for prescription refills properly and que to the doctor. Fax to Pharmacy or mail out to patients.

Maintain exam rooms by monitoring and replenishing supplies and, performing routine housekeeping. Maintain inventory of office supplies, medical supplies.

Perform administrative tasks related to patient pre-visit work, scheduling, registration, data entry, copying, filing, faxing, and answering phones.

Primary Duties:

Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living

Prepare meals and snacks ensuring dietary requirement are met

Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises

Work with customers and vendors in-person and over the phone to setup all facets of remote and local screening events

Create an organized system for filing client, event records and business documents including the creation of digital expense reporting and inventory spreadsheets

Manage inventory and supply ordering for remote and local screening events

Lead and work alongside mobile screening teams; providing electrocardiogram, blood pressure, BMI, blood glucose and cholesterol screening services to clients between the ages of 6 and up

Assist with recruiting (resume reviews and interviews) of new technicians for local and remote events

Mentor and train new ECG technicians and insure that professionalism and technician accuracy was top priority
