Responsible for oversight and follow through of several Federal programs for the State of West Virginia including the Public Assistance Grant Program, Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, National Flood Insurance Program, Cooperating Technical Partners Program, Legislative Pre- Disaster Mitigation Program and the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Grant Program

• Oversee funding comprised of Federal and State contributions in excess of $800 million
