After half a year as a manager, I was promoted to assistant manager, where I helped increase sales, ensured we achieved specific goals, and oversaw training and administrative tasks. I ran shifts accordingly, and benefited from meeting new people, and providing a welcoming experience.

I assisted customers with inquiries or concerns regarding products and services. I would analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies.

In my time as assistant manager, I increased overall store profitability by analyzing product performance data and adjusting pricing accordingly.

I oversaw financial transactions, including daily sales reports, invoices, receipts, etc.

• Working at Honda as a BD agent, I would transfer and help guests over the phone, selling and/or assisting them in choosing the vehicle that best fits their needs, and processing their purchases, making sure every piece of information was relayed to help them.
• I received a commission during my time working there, and I received excellent training.

• It was a great learning experience at 18, becoming a manager in terms of handling money, communicating with the staff, and guests. I learned plenty about business and customers. Opening and closing shifts, handling deposits, and leading a safe and effective working environment.
