Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data related to Supply chain operation, including inventory levels, transportation costs, and order fulfillment. Use Retail Link system to manage Walmart account and Oracle to manage Target.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.

Forecasting and Planning: Develop demand forecast based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics and improvement recommendations.

Supplier Management: Evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics such as delivery time, quality, and cost.
