Primary duties include: Providing direct patient care in an inpatient setting; Determining the priority of care based on physical and psychosocial needs; Communicating with the Physicians about changes in a patient's status to include results of diagnostic studies and labs; Performing drug calculation, medication administration, I.V. Access, and assisting with advanced procedures. The ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or from a response to treatment. Adapting quickly to changes in work environment when floating to another unit based on staffing needs.

• Performing assessments on a specific schedule to submit to the federal government for reimbursement purposes for long term care facility.
• Creating patient specific care plans and updating daily as new orders are written
• Holding multi disciplinary care plan meetings with patients and families in the long term care setting.

• Primary duties include: Receiving and analyzing incoming referral calls; Maintaining a phone log of all incoming calls; Coordinating services with local agency, DME, infusion providers etc; Verifying new referring physician license on referrals taken; Maintaining productivity standards for hours worked; Effectively educating prospective patients, families, physicians, and hospitals regarding home health and hospice services available; Serving as a liaison between clinical and marketing staff; and other duties as assigned by the director.

• Primary duties include: Providing direct and indirect patient care in an emergency setting; Performing safe and rapid and accurate triage; Determining the priority of care based on physical and psychosocial needs; Communicating with the Emergency Department Physicians about changes in a patient's status to include results of diagnostic studies such as EKG's; Performing drug calculation, medication administration, I.V
• Access, and assisting with advanced procedures such as conscious sedations
• The ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or from a response to treatment.
