*Audited ESL files for compliancy and then worked with ESL teachers and Principles to complete the out of compliance files.
This is a 20% position which I worked with the full time AIG teacher to meet the needs of AIG students.
*Interacting with children in centers, on the playground and all through the day while assessing, guiding and modeling age appropriate cognitive, emotional, social, physical and language skills
*Assessing children to understand what they need to succeed Do they need modifications for learning or social, language physical or emotional support
*Following compliance for testing, paperwork and program expectations for AIG and Pre-K
*Differentiating lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of each child on their level and encouraging them to reach their highest potential

*Collaborating with teachers, parents, administration to meet the needs of each student
*Communicating with parents and having an open door policy Taking the time to talk to them about their concerns, their child's needs or any questions they may have The key is to return emails and calls in a timely fashion
