• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting

• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintains appropriate service documentation

• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions

• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training program

• Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing issues

• Ability to manage daily work orders and follow through

• Assorted other duties and responsibilities to include general maintenance, drywall and HVAC

• Assist with "On Call" or "First Responder" services

• Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications

• Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment • Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering

• Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
