Primary Duties Gain Knowledge on MDC policies and procedures as relates to inmate discipline. investigate answer route grievances and track statistical data. receive and review all inmate disciplinary reports submitted by MDC staff. complete inmate disciplinary reports upon completion of the investigation. collect, prepare and review data for statistical purpose and reports as directed. provide exceptional customer service to inmates and co-workers etc. by providing appropriate information according to policy and procedures. process and file all incoming documentation and maintain records according to established record management rules and regulations
Primary Duties – to conduct initial interviews with new intakes, review prior history or detention arrests, review sensitive documents from other facilities or prisons. monitor all phases of the classification process to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Review security check forms and obtain legal and personal information to determine appropriate classification of inmates; conduct a security risk assessment; process or make referrals to medical or psychological services as appropriate. Document case management process; maintain case notes and complete records, forms and reports; prepare case file reports for periodic classification review and make recommendations when appropriate. Work closely with discipline to move inmates based on discipline in initial classification and the outcome of discipline sanctions while in custody.
Primary Duties – Chemical Officer making sure the facility has the chemicals for the facility, gathering paperwork for PAC and other various paperwork in the facility. I also do the unit cost for the jail.
