
To be honest, I work hard and enjoy a long day when it done and done right. I am an extremely versatile individual. I have worked many jobs in search of an identity of my own picking up and honing skills in a wide range of fields. I actively want to do better every day and learn more as I grow.
It's taken a long time to understand who I am and why I want to become a chef. So I don't want to tell you I remember everything right away. I am skilled in a kitchen, just inexperienced in a restaurant. Though I chose this path wanting to show my talent and ambition for those willing to give me an opportunity.
