GaN Nitride Tool Gap Closure. 2022 - 2023

Texas Instruments

• Discovered non-standard tool set up and lack of misprocess detection for the GaN vertical furnaces.
• Installed and qualified a sister tool to give the process line more bandwidth and move a way from a single path line.
• Created and set up Preventive Maintenance procedures and scheduling as well as spare parts and consumables list.
• Using both process and equipment knowledge, analyzed the process recipes to determine the appropriate abort sequence, for any tool malfunction, to save any material processing in the tool.
• Worked with product engineers

Dallas Gatorade Roofing Upgrades. 2024-Current 

PepsiCo

• Point of contact between the site, corporate, and contractors for side wide roofing upgrades. Kept open communication to address the needs of all parties to maintain the project timelines.
• Completed roofing upgrade for the Glenfield Warehouse and Production Line 3 which has provided safer walking surface for HVAC and roof services and eliminated water leaks from rain.
• Project included painting of ceiling bar joists to address quality findings and align the plant with AIB audit standards.

Dallas Gatorade Case Coder Upgrades. 2024-Current 

• Phased site wide upgrades of case coders due to obsolescence and non-standardization resulting in cost savings through increased productivity.
• Completed upgrades to 2 lines and have seen savings of $50,000
