• Per Diem nurse care for patients in different modalities about 1-2 shifts per week. Experienced in Outpatient Urgent Care (100+ patients/day) Includes prioritizing tasks, working in procedures, sutures, chronic wound care, casting after injury, emergent cardiac monitoring, laboratory monitoring that required fluid resuscitation, antibiotics IV, routine IVIG, multiple chemo medications when the patient is unable to be hospitalized. Intermittent shifts for St. Mary's Community Hospital (ED, Tele, MedSurg) and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (MedSurg, Surgical, Tele) working taking care of 4-5 patients per shift.

Provide excellent care to two critically ill patients in ICU. Provide total care to patients who are intubated and with multiple drips and invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Respond to calls as part of the East Campus Rapid Response team for life saving situations of patients. Provide support when end of life is imminent and assist family in the grieving process. Member of the unit's Professional Governance team to improve the department.
