I've been a youth flag football coach for the past three years with the Next Level Flag Football Program. I've stayed committed and devoted to the team I've started with since my freshman year. Coaching my team we've gone to the championships twice out of the three years together. Being a coach has taught me, not only to work with a team, but to take initiative, be a leader, to listen, be an example, and greatly improve my understanding. I've coached these group of young boys in difficult situations in practice and games, handling there out of control emotions on several occasions without ever having to raise my voice. I don't wish to pursue a career in coaching my whole life, and wish to branch out and gain as much experience as I can. Before heading into the real world. I believe my great team working abilities, sharp thinking, being able to communicate and multitask well. I can fit into most work environments. I don't consider myself a perfectionist, but I stand believing if you do something, you do it right.
