• Received Dallas " the American Rescue Plan Act" funding to develop oral health program in Dallas county.

• Raised about 1 million dollars to improve life of people with special needs, enhancing the training of caregivers and increasing the retention rate to provide necessary services to a patient.

• Worked on the Managed care projects to provide the cost-saving alternative to the population (Aetna, Cigna, Amerigroup etc.)

• Awarded $150,000 each year for completing cost-saving projects for insurance companies.

• Working as a Primary Emergency Contact person. Completed the departmental evaluation for the risk assessment.

• Provided training on the Emergency preparedness tabletop exercise and infection prevention at the workplace.

Health Information Exchange Data Quality Manager, Fort Worth, TX July 2017-Nov,2018 Roles and responsibilities

• Analyzing the percentage of patients covered under Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance using Syndromic and Oral Health Claim Data.

• Performed statistical analysis using STATA and SQL to determine morbidity & mortality due to the Environmental pollutant using DSHS Texas data (GLMs Credibility)

• Improved the data quality of syndromic surveillance system in BIOSENSE and Regional North Central Texas System (NTXSS) by 15%. Compared to the previous year. Troubleshooting the daily data quality problems by supervising the Syndromic Surveillance Coordinator at TCPH and respective IT personnel at Hospitals.

• Trained epidemiologist in the region 2/3 Texas on statistical techniques, ESSENCE, and method of analysis. Supervised Biostatistician interns in completing the practicum.
