
I am a person who loves to see results and challenges myself to do better always. I thrive in fast placed environments because that is how my brain works. I think and act fast so that helps me strategize problems and how to overcome them. It's what makes me skilled in multitasking, team collaboration, and ensuring quality output. I am able to openly communicate with others in a respectful manner and keep things professional in the workplace. I always do my best to make the people around me feel safe and comfortable.
When I started working there I was placed on a big dryer, catching shirts that the screen printers would print out. I would quality check the designs and make sure everything looked right. Soon enough I got switched over to a different area called heat press, where you manually press DTF onto clothing. It was doing a lot more attention to detail. I worked in that area alongside my coworkers. I worked great by myself and even better as a team. Eventually I took on more responsibilities and oversaw that the jobs coming through were getting completed when they needed to, packaged boxes, uploaded them into our system and shipped out, helped train new people, and translated for English and Spanish speakers. Lots of days were overwhelming and tiring but I worked well under pressure. That included doing inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and production. I had been in every area of that warehouse because I am efficient, a fast learner, positive, and hardworking.
I take interest in lots of things the world has to offer, anything that is exciting I'm there! Such things like exploring a new trail hike, getting into a new sport, taking a pottery class, baking, cooking, visiting museums, stargazing, planning roadtrips, crafting, drawing & painting, photographing, working out All of those things make me feel alive and connected to my soul, which is what I love most It makes me feel like a better and more balanced person
